Through its wide range of testing voltage of 10 V up to 500 V, this model covers the special requirements of the electronics industry, from low current applications up to power stages. The measuring range for insulation resistances ranges from 2 kΩ to 50 GΩ. With appropriate probes and the test voltage of 10 V and 100 V are also electrostatic discharge (ESD) tests.
