The warning device GX-D33 detects increased CO2 loads from defective technical systems in indoor locations, but ignores largely increased CO2 concentrations in poor ambient air. Monitoring of cold rooms , beverage dispensing equipment, tea kitchens with water carbonators
1400 ppm CO2 in rooms is called “very bad air”, the MAK in Germany is 5000 ppm. The GX-D33 only warns far beyond this. For example, in the event of defects in technical CO2 systems under pressure, an alarm is triggered immediately, but in the case of polluted rooms with a large number of people (e.g. Open plan offices) reliably ignore the increased values.
The GX-D33 also signals loads in dry ice storage areas with a loud alarm tone if there is no ventilation.
